This tour will take you on a journey back to the 19th century Victorian era. Petrolia’s rich architecture and many preserved buildings including the Victoria Hall, the Public Library formerly the Grand Trunk Railway station, Crescent Park featuring the oil baron’s homes and much more. We’ll visit the Oil Museum of Canada to see how oil was discovered and why it’s still the basis for thousands of consumer products today.
Take a guided horse-drawn wagon tour from the Oil Museum of Canada through Fairbank Oil Fields to see a pocket of history where the past is still present – historic oil wells still working away This tour delivers a little history with a twist of fun and facts.
