Day 1
Tuesday, April 2

Please welcome your tour manager, Donna Drake from Port Huron, MI. She has been in the travel business for 40 years, twelve of them being spent in Fort Worth, Texas. She has been managing tours for 8 years from Port Huron. Her experience includes tours all over the USA along with many European Tours and lots of cruises. She comes to us very experienced with motor coach tours. The itinerary has been set up by White Star Tours of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

A morning departure from Michigan has you traveling to your overnight stop in Indianapolis. Upon arrival enjoy the VIP Grounds Tour at Indianapolis Speedway. Check into your hotel (pack an overnight bag) Dinner is on your own this evening.

Day 2
Wednesday, April 3

Following breakfast at the hotel, check out and travel to Memphis, TN and enjoy a self-guided tour of Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley. Check into your hotel and freshen up before departing for dinner at Kings Palace Cafe'.

Day 3
Thursday, April 4

After breakfast, check out and continue traveling to Dallas, TX where you will check into your hotel and relax before departing for an included dinner at a popular restaurant in the area.

Day 4
Friday, April 5

After breakfast, meet your local guide for a full day of touring to include Dallas highlights such as Old Red Courthouse, Dealy Plaza and the JFK assassination site, the JFK Memorial, Dallas City Hall, and Old City Park. Take time to visit the Sixth Floor Museum located in the former Texas School Book Depository and overlooking Dealy Plaza. The story of JFK's Assassination is told through thousands of incredible TV and radio broadcasts, photographs, manuscripts, documents and artifacts that are displayed within the museum. Your tour will end at Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens which is a 66-acre urban oasis featuring 19 finely manicured gardens and seasonal festivals. The garden provides rotating displays four times a year, delivering breathtaking colorful floral displays and gorgeous vistas on the bank of White Rock Lake. Enjoy dinner and show "The Dinner Detective".

Day 5
Saturday, April 6

Following breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide for a tour of the AT&T Stadium, which is not only the home of the Dallas Cowboys but also the largest domed structure and an art museum. After your tour, continue to Fort Worth. Fort Worth is known as "Cowtown". Your tour will include such sights as the Cultural District and a tour through Billy Bob's of Texas, the world's largest honky tonk. You'll see a cattle drive of longhorns that parade right down Exchange Boulevard. The tour ends at the Stockyards where you will have time to browse the shops and have dinner on your own. Tonight's highlight is Stockyards Rodeo for the regular season rodeo.

Day 6
Sunday, April 7

After breakfast, checkout and travel to Waco to visit the Magnolia Market at the Silos inspired by Chip and Joanna Gaines of HDTV's the Fixer Upper Show. There's something for everyone at the Magnolia Market at the Silos, shopping, games, the garden and even a bite to eat from the assortment of food trucks. The Market is set up to inspire you to own the space you're in. Visit and leave excited about your home. Next, travel to Houston. Arrive mid-afternoon for lunch on your own and a tour of Space Center Houston, the official visitor's center of the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. Be inspired by the wonders of space exploration and go behind the scenes of America's exciting space program. Later, check into your hotel and enjoy dinner on your own.

Day 7
Monday, April 8

After breakfast, check out (pack an overnight bag) and depart for Little Rock, AR for overnight lodging. After check-in, depart for the Marlsgate Plantation for a dinner and a tour.

Day 8
Tuesday, April 9

Enjoy breakfast, then check out and depart for a visit to the Bill Clinton Presidential Library. Afterwards, continue traveling to Effingham, IL for overnight lodging (pack an overnight bag) and dinner on your own.

Day 9
Wednesday, April 10

After breakfast, check out and depart for home with lasting memories of your trip to Texas.
