Next, explore the oldest continually operating lighthouse on the Great Lakes at Marblehead Lighthouse State Park, located in the town of Marblehead, Ohio. It is also one of the most photographed buildings in the state. After the lighthouse, enjoy a visit to the historic lighthouse Keeper’s Home. The oldest-surviving home in Ottawa County offers visitors the chance to experience the history of lighthouse keepers. The 1822 home was the residence of the first three keepers of the Marblehead Lighthouse.
