Custom Holidays Updated COVID-19 Policies:
One Day Trips:
All one day trips require a $10 non-refundable deposit.
Refund Policy: If a tour is cancelled, you will receive your money back, minus the $10 deposit.  If a vendor is not refunding a certain amount of money to us, that amount will not be refunded.  If you take a credit or transfer the money to a different tour, we will waive the $10 non-refundable deposit.  If you are cancelling a tour that is scheduled to run, please see the flyer for cancellation fees.
If a tour is rescheduled, please make arrangements to make the new date.  You can find a substitute at no charge.  If we sell your ticket, you would only owe the $10 deposit once your ticket is purchased by someone else.  If you are unable to make the newly scheduled tour, please see the cancellation charges on the flyer for each individual tour.
Multi-Day Trips:
All multi-day trips require a deposit, of which a percentage will be non-refundable (percentage amount will vary according to the trip).

All insurance money paid is non-refundable.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  By traveling with Custom Holidays, you voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure of COVID-19.
Custom Holidays will maintain new health and safety precautions on all future tours.

No need to panic. Be assured that we are being very diligent and will certainly let you know if there is any need for change. We consider all of our travelers to be a part of the Custom Holidays family, and your health and safety is our number one priority. Please remember that we are a small, family run company, and we are doing everything we can to work with you. This is a very unique situation that is challenging to all of us. We just ask that you remain calm and patient as we are actively responding to changing conditions. Thank you!


In regard to future tours:

  • Custom Holidays will notify travelers of any updates, changes, or cancellations regarding their trip. Please be patient!
  • We will abide by the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
  • We will consult with local health agencies for updates, information, and recommendations for travel.
  • As much as possible we will provide hand sanitizers and any other safeguards recommended by the CDC.
  • We are working closely with our motor coach companies to ensure proper sanitization of the vehicles. You can view a statement from Indian Trails & GTS about their specific protocols put in place.
  • Custom Holidays also asks passengers to monitor their own health, and to stay home and contact your health provider if you experience symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu.
