Sue Biggs

Owner, CTP, CITM

Sue began her company in 1986 as Christian Holidays and her first tour was escorting 26 friends to Hawaii. Sue then took a travel agent's course and discovered that her training would qualify her to take people all around the world as a tour escort! The company became Custom Holidays after a few years and currently offers approximately 200 days of touring annually. Sue is a proud board member for Travel Alliance Partners, where she serves on the Marketing Committee and is chair of the Guaranteed Departures. Sue is a Certified International Tour Manager as well as a Certified Tour Professional.

Ron Biggs

Ron Biggs

Sue's husband, Ron, was in the Marine Corps for 20 years and retired as a band director of one of the field bands. During their time in the service, they were stationed on the east coast and the west coast. Upon retirement, Ron finished his college education graduating with a degree in Sacred Music. Ron took a job as Minister of Music at a church in Allen Park, Michigan which he worked at for several years. He currently runs a piano tuning business and works in the office on all of our accounting & financials. He loves travel, and enjoys escorting tours with Custom Holidays - especially to the Detroit Symphony Orchestra!

Christina Werner

Christina Werner is Sue's granddaughter who joined the Custom Holidays team in the fall of 2015. Christina serves on the board of directors for the National Tour Association. She married the love of her life, William, in 2013 and enjoys spending time with her dog, Jasper! Christina has grown up traveling all around the world with her family, and has a passion for travel. She will be working in the office planning trips, sending out our emails & newsletters, and helping to make 2020 our best year ever! Christina is a Certified International Tour Manager and Certified Tour Professional. Christina received the 2017 Young Professional Award from the National Tour Association.

Jennifer Hansen

Administrative Assistant

Jennifer Hansen joined the Custom Holidays team in February 2018 as an administrative assistant. For ten years prior, she was a stay-at-home mom, a PTA secretary and an animal shelter volunteer. Her favorite place that she's traveled thus far is Costa Rica, particularly Esterillos Este. Jennifer married her husband John in 2005 and had her son James in 2007. When she isn't traveling, Jennifer enjoys reading, hanging out with her cats, going to concerts and being with her family. She looks forward to visiting as many destinations as possible, now that she is part of the Custom Holidays family.

Jann Petroff

Jann Petroff is a retired educator with over 35 years experience as a teacher, counselor, principal. Her love to travel and be with people brought her to Custom Holidays. She has been one of our tour leaders for over 4 years continuing to love to travel to new places and sharing her experiences with others.
