Day 1
Tuesday, August 4

Depart Southgate, MI for Niagara-on-the-Lake. Enjoy independent lunch and rest stops en route as we travel into one of Ontario’s most scenic and historic regions. Upon arrival, check into our hotel for the next two nights, The Prince of Wales, ideally located in the heart of Downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. First built in 1864, the Prince of Wales stands as a treasured landmark and reflects the elegance and charm of a bygone era. (D)

Day 2
Wednesday, August 5

Breakfast is included at the hotel. Enjoy a relaxed morning at your leisure to explore the charming streets of Downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, browse local boutiques, or indulge in a spa treatment at the Prince of Wales Hotel. Independent lunch is on your own at one of the many inviting local cafés or restaurants. This afternoon, attend a matinee performance of Jeeves & Wooster in Perfect Nonsense at the Shaw Festival Courthouse Theatre, a fast-paced comedy filled with clever wit and theatrical flair. Following the performance, we’ll enjoy a guided wine tour and tasting at Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery, set among rolling vineyards and known for its award-winning Niagara wines. Dinner is included this evening before we travel to Niagara Falls for the immersive Niagara Parks Power Station at Night Experience, where dramatic lighting, sound, and views bring the power and beauty of the Falls to life after dark. Day 3
Thursday, August 6

Enjoy an included breakfast before departing Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our morning begins with a visit to The Maple Leaf Place, where you’ll sample locally produced maple treats and browse a wide selection of Canadian-made gifts and souvenirs. We then continue to the Welland Canal Lock & Museum, where you’ll learn about this remarkable feat of engineering and watch massive ships pass through the locks as they navigate this vital international waterway. On our journey home, enjoy an included lunch at the historic Ancaster Mill, beautifully set along a cascading waterfall. This beloved landmark is known for its refined cuisine, warm atmosphere, and picturesque surroundings, providing a memorable and relaxing final stop before we return home. (B,L)
